I have purchased two Prescott homes with Jack…nobody knows the market as well as Jack. And he is wired into the Circuits that make the whole process move once you’ve decided to take action. He’s a no-pressure guy, but when you say “attack” he’s a pit-bull type advocate. He covers the whole spectrum of homes, so nothing in the Prescott Area is out of his realm. Jack was very patient in showing us over 50 homes until we found the perfect one. We were new to the area and Jack’s expertise as a local was invaluable. Prescott has multiple housing subdivision names, which to the newcomer is meaningless. The first person we met in Prescott and 2 years later, still friends.

Being from southern California, we visited Prescott a number of times before we found the house that was right for us with the help of Jack Ray. On every trip to the Prescott area, Jack was professionally (and patiently!) prepared with at least 10 homes on a single day. From those viewings, Jack was able to zero in on the location we desired with the amenities in a home we wanted. When we were back in socal, he would also communicate with us on a timely basis as we continued to use Zillow to further enhance our knowledge of Prescott neighborhoods. On our fourth trip, Jack showed us a home that just came on the market the previous day which satisfied the majority of our wish list. The sellers accepted our offer and Jack helped our escrow go smoothly on the Prescott side while we closed escrow in socal. We were fortunate as we did not have to rent an apartment for a while here in Prescott largely due to Jack’s diligence on keeping abreast of new listings that were in our target zone even before they became listed on Zillow. I highly recommend working with Jack Ray. He has strong knowledge of the area and works with his escrow partners to ensure a smooth transaction.

what can be said about the “ultimate professional”…Jack is a pro. We listed the house one day and the next day had a full price offer. There is probably a bit of luck in this sort of transaction but it happened. Jack guided us through the house transaction and never left a stone unturned. I am the consumate “worry-wart” but at every turn in the transaction…there was Jack to either explain, hold my hand, calm me down or make me relax. Would I recommend Jack…yes…yes…yes…a thousand time yes. Like the insurance company…”YOU’RE IN GOOD HANDS WITH JACK.” We are going to buy again and if it is in Jack’s area of service…he will be the only one we will use.

Mr. Jack Norm Ray was our realtor that we used in order to purchase our first home together for our Family of 6 and we was very wonderful to work with. Very honest, respectful, organized, and he answered our questions and concerns well and quickly too.
