Initially listed the house at the price that WE wanted…lots of showings, no offers. Waited about 4 weeks and dropped the price a little (still not as low as Jack recommended), 2 immediate showings resulted in 1 full price offer. Probably would have sold faster at the price that Jack suggested, but it was worth the wait for the higher price.

Not only did the Ray Team sell our condo at the full listing price – we had an accepted contract within six (6) days of listing. This performance is absolutely phenomenal. Jack was absolutely on task from the minute I called him about the house through to the signing of the papers. If it weren’t for his interest and dedication, we wouldn’t have gotten the house, as there was tough competition for it.
